Its easy to know about day and night, slowly they fade into the other. But in the shades of the day there are more oppositional forces at work that we tend to forget, such as city and country that fade with suburbs into each other. If I could, I would ride my bike down a graffiti road into the open, mountain-ringed plains, because this says more about who I often am from one moment to another. But this road does not exist and in reality, between one and the other the fade is so long that by the time we reach one we tend to forget the other.
what a great shot!
